Kerala University College of Teacher Education, Adoor is one of the foremost institutions under University of Kerala, which offers Bachelor Degree in Education (B Ed). It is functioning as per the order of the Regional committee ranting recognition* and with Govt NOC**. Its mode of selection of student is based on the marks obtained in qualifying Examination and also with the norms of NCTE.
The college is sited in Adoor a Municipal township in Pathanamthitta district in Kerala State. It started on 31st October 1990.
There will have to be rigid and iron discipline before we achieve anything great and enduring, and that discipline will not come by mere academic argument and appeal to reason and logic. Discipline is learnt in the school of adversity.
